Sunshine in a Glass – Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

This is just pure smooth deliciousness!
It simply rocks, shines, buzzes, and brings joy.
Have YOU felt ever the buzz from real high-frequency food?
The oranges are the absolute sunshine for every cell and will help nurture a body back to health.
I remember researching glutathione and longevity, the master anti-oxidant, for protection and regeneration. A co-enzyme that goes into activation from the high content of flavonoids and limonoids in the orange. In all citruses.
Together, glutathione, flavonoids, and limonoids fight off viruses, protect the body from radiation damage and deactivate toxic heavy metals in the system.
This information goes together with everything I have experienced physically and intuitively.

So, NOW where do we get our calcium?

Greens?
NOPE!
The oranges are abundant in bioactive calcium, you can’t get anywhere else.
This means that THIS calcium is absorbed instantly and the orange is helping regrowing teeth, not destroying them. The acid content is also not destructive as many still believe it is astringent, purging and dissolves kidney stones and gallstones.

The benefits of eating and juicing oranges:

High in Vitamin C:

Oranges are an excellent source of vitamin C. High intake of vitamin C is associated with a reduced risk of colon cancer as it helps to get off free radicals that cause damage to our DNA.
Strong immune system:
Vitamin C, which is also vital for the proper function of a strong immune system, is good for preventing colds and preventing recurrent infections.
Astringent:
Oranges are one of the most astringent foods we have. That means it helps to loosen up a stagnant lymphatic system, allowing a deeper cleansing and more fluid cleansing of toxins and lymphatic waste.

Lowers cholesterol:

A class of compounds found in citrus fruit peels called polymethoxylated Flavones (PMFs) have the potential to lower cholesterol more effectively than some prescription drugs without side effects.
Prevents skin damage:
Anti-oxidants in oranges help protect skin from free radical damage known to cause signs of aging.
Great for healthy blood pressure:
Oranges, being rich in Vitamins B6, help support the production of hemoglobin. They also help keep blood pressure under check due to the presence of magnesium.

Controls blood sugar:

The fiber in oranges helps to keep blood sugar levels under control thereby making oranges a healthy snack for people with diabetes. The natural fruit sugar in oranges, fructose, can help keep blood sugar levels from rising too high after eating.
Lowers the risk of cancer:
Oranges contain D- limonene, a compound that is touted to prevent cancers like lung cancer, skin, and breast cancer. According to a study, up to 15 percent of cancer cases happen because of mutations in the DNA, which can be prevented with Vitamin C.

Alkalizes the body:

While the basic nature of oranges is acidic before you actually digest them, they have a lot of alkaline minerals that play a role in the process of digestion. This property of oranges is similar to that of lemons, which are without a doubt among the most alkaline foods.

Eye health:

Oranges are a rich source of carotenoids. Vitamin A present in them play an important role in keeping the mucous membranes in the eyes healthy. Vitamin A is also responsible to prevent age-related macular degeneration.

Constipation:

Oranges have both soluble and insoluble fiber. This helps in keeping your intestines and stomach function smooth, preventing irritable bowel syndrome.
This is why in my diet and that of those I mentor and work with, orange juice and citruses, in general, are often included.
I see a shift on a grand level going on.
We are tapping into more truth as we raise our vibration, together.
As a collective, we are growing.
This is a time of change and challenge. Many are suffering, but the simple truth and faith in nature will keep you elevated. The longer you stay raw, the more aware you will become.
Oranges will help your body AND soul.
Go slow, as they WILL pull on your crap.
Me, I could hardly tolerate a single orange in my juice because of my acidic condition.
Now, it’s my best friend.
