What is this about?
This is my life in a nutshell.
I have a strong belief in that we must continue to grow in our lives. We must be open to new ideas, directions, beliefs.
My passions include Art, Alternative Medicine (which I really believe is the true medicine), the energies that surround us at all moments and are just waiting for us to reach out for them to help us, friendships, laughter...
I wanted to share products and services that I have found useful and hopefully - (in my occasional bouts of caffeine induced brilliance), a few gems to make you happy.
